- Google Alerts - This page sends an automated email to you whenever Google runs across a specific phrase. Use this to find out what others are saying about your organization and be ready to engage them in conversation.
- TweetDeck & Twhirl - Both of these software installations can be used to imbue clarity and functionality to your twitter use. They're especially useful for tracking your @username replies and can also allow you to group the people you follow.
